Professor Gordon McVie is senior consultant at the European Institute of Oncology in Milan. Gordon is passionate about the rights of the patient and founded Cancer Intelligence to promote communication and well being between cancer patients, carers, scientists, doctors, and the media.
Susi has public relations and marketing experience across multiplatform media with global brands: Virgin Mobile, Dyson Ltd, Consolidated Communications (clients included: Blockbuster videos, KLM airlines, Avis rental cars, Cliveden luxury hotels) and Cancer Research UK
Jonathan has completed a Masters in Science, Media and Communication at Cardiff University. He has studied a range of sciences and has experience analysing health related news, working in broadcast media and translating scientific research into clear, concise copy.
Sarah Parsonage of Much Ado Events, joined the Cancer Intelligence team to assist in the launch of ecancermedicalscience. With several years of event experience and an in depth knowledge of strategic marketing, Sarah joined the Cancer Intelligence team to manage the website content of ecancermedicalscience and design and implement a strong and effective marketing and PR plan. The major thrust of the PR plan is the exciting launch of ecancermedicalscience at the ECCO 14 conference in Barcelona on the 23rd September.
